Job Description

  • Desk based support for all WPT and YESpay merchants in relation to there accounts and billing queries.
  • Handles day to day queries related to invoices, Direct Debit Deductions and Customer Account statements for WPT and heritage YESpay customers.
  • Responsible to managing the suspension of merchants and charging the termination fee for Gateway on WPT and YESpay merchants.
  • Responsible for assisting in monthly billing process for WPT and YESpay merchants which includes raising of manual invoices and credit notes.
  • Team is responsible for auditing the partner commission statements sent on a quarterly basis and posting the invoices received on Oracle for partner commission payment.
  • Liaises with Oracle team for Direct Debit, Bacs, Credit, Commission Payment purposes.
  • Responsible for making necessary changes on the billing records of customers in the system.
