  • Responsible for achieving Health insurance sales targets through the assigned location.
  • Building a partner channel through daily meeting and different engagement for portfolio growth
  • Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly && yearly business targets
  • Train & motivate the partners employees on a timely basis on the product and new developments.
  • Login and Conversion of Health Insurance.
  • Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority
  • To enable partner sales staff to promote and secure sales of health insurance products to their customers by providing the real-time product, marketing and technical support before, after or during the sales through the central support centre
  • Create the excitement for Health Insurance within the partner organization through various engagement and R&&R initiatives
  • Drive group deals in the designated region for driving portfolio growth
  • To identify the execution gaps in selling Health Insurance through the partner teams and work with the sales hierarchy to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient && effective sales execution.
