    • Project Role :Scrum Master
    • Project Role Description :Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Primary duties may include, but are not limited 2 Safe agile experience Plans, coordinates, monitors, and supports the implementation of multiple small to medium systems and/or products 3 Acts as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of software Shields the team from interruptions and removes obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product 4 Actively manages and escalates dependencies and risks across the release delivery
        • Technical Experience : 1Has experience in driving the telco domain automation initiatives Exposure to supporting telco cloud us case library development 2 Guides the teams operations by facilitating ceremonies eg daily standup, sprint planning and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team 3 Facilitates internal and external communications eg task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, dependency management 8 years experience as RTE, Scrum Master
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Ensure team is well-informed on internal and external initiatives and activities Keeps external stakeholders, collaborates, and other interested parties are well-informed on team progress and activities 2 years experience as RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Project/Program Management
