* Duties and Responsibilities - Review and understand existing Unsecured Products processes to identify functional requirements to eliminate waste, improve controllership and deliver flexibility Identify operations processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, calculate trade-offs, costs, and suggest a recommended course of action by identifying modifications to the new/existing process Project Manage new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions Responsible for delivering process reengineering projects in operations processes across Unsecured Products by closely working with the relevant business and operations units. Responsible for documention to train all stakeholders on any changes , * People Management skills. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Excellent communication skills. Negotiation Skills Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Demonstrated ability to lead from the front. Excellent relationship skills. Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter. Working knowledge of computers.
