Looking forSales Officer for Leading Soya Industry in Indore LocationWill devise Sales strategy with marketing support to meet the volume objective for Mustard, Soya and Vanaspati.Review the Market scenario and plan key initiatives.Monitor, assess the current coverage and manpower plan also optimize the same in his zone with a view to maximize quantity.Develop the channel of Distribution and Monitor C&FAs and Distributors.Monitor Competitors pricing and recommend pricing every week for edible oil for his territory.Ensuring Strategy Implementation in assigned territory & feedback/Reporting to HO of implementation.Foreca st Sales plan & Co-ordination with Logistics for Supply Chain.Qualification criteria:Excellent Communication Skills.Personality:Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.Experience of handling HORECA sales, Modern Trade, retail selling, Institutional sales, distributors and stockist.
