Strong knowledge of SQL is required, as most of our applications are database driven. It is very important that the developer understands usability, and can show past projects that are user-friendly. The developer should be able to work on any part of the project from collecting requirements from the client to installing the application on the production server. Development skills should include: ASP.net with Visual Basic .net, SQL, JavaScript, usability, understanding modern encryption methods, debugging applications, and be able to work independently to find solutions to problems. Work in a fast-paced environment, and may jump from project to project several times per day. Organization is a must, as well as good communication skills. Sometimes emergencies arise, and you will need to work well under pressure.,
