Job Description

  1. Providing the right materials on right time, of right quality and right quantity as per requirement of the project
  2. Generate indent, purchase order and different types of system reports as per requirements
  3. Correspondence with Vendors for quotation of Engineering /Project product . Negotiating rates with the vendors.
  4. Responsible for preparing comparative sheet and placing purchase order on the basis of vendor negotiations rate.
  5. Arrange transportation for timely delivery of goods.
  6. Responsible for inventory / purchase planning of materials , identifying and implementing cost optimization.
  7. Prepare Letter of Credit for vendors against required material also follow up with suppliers for item whose order is pending Responsible for vendor approval , PDI (pre dispatch inspection) letter as well as Dispatch instruction letter for material Tracking transportation activity to rich material.
  8. Processing of bills through checking with GRN rcvd from Store and proceed for payment.
  9. Integrating with project managers and site engineers regarding material req , billing details
  10. Prepare monthly Fund Planning for all running projects ( Revenue + Expenses )
  11. Controlled the warehousing/ store activity based on material like Issue, Receive, stock transfer note.
