  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or similar fields
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Should have uderstand of RPC-Right Party Contract
  • Must be having working knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator
Responsibilities:
  • Bring in new contracts and logos for Staff Augmentation
  • Responsible for establishing new client relationships through cold calls, networking and strategic sales activities
  • Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with potential customers
  • Responsible for sales tracking
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
  • Developing relationship with C-Suite executives, hiring managers, directors and HR managers to secure qualified job requirements
  • Ability to generate new leads and clients
