Job Description

    Designation:Business Development Trainee (BDT) Academic Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation. Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.You will begin in an individual contributors role, working in a teamof go-getters to help spread the Byjus way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique Byjus way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.Training: All selected candidates will be part of a 6 weeks training process under the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000.Upon successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA) - Direct Sales, Also, Only after confirmation to the BDA role, they will start work at their Role Location.Salary : CTC (BDT):INR 25000 per month + performance pay up to INR 2,00,000/- based on individual targets and performance numbersPreferred Skill Sets: Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector. Interested in mentoring and guiding students. Having a knack for salesand high resilience High energy and enthusiasm Freshers and laterals upto 2 years of total work experience For Laterals prior experience in high productivity sales environment with weekly/monthly sales cycle preferred Highly effective communication Well groomed and presentableBYJUs Business Development Associate ( Sales ) BYJUS is looking for passionate, self-driven, and focused individuals who can take the education revolution to the next level.This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJUs unique way of learning. As a BDA in BYJUS, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJUS unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers.CTC: BDA will be offered a total compensation of INR 10,00,000 LPA which includes the following components.Fixed Compensation : INR 5,00,000/- Variable Compensation : INR 3,00,000/- Direct Sales Allowance : INR 2,00,000/-Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)Perks of being a BD associate at BYJUs: Bi-monthly incentive roll out Incentive trips and incentive bonuses for top performersMust have: Willingness to build career in sales domain Willingness to learnGood to have: Highly effective communication Strong conviction High energy and enthusiasm Prior experience in sales and business development is an add-onGood grasp of school curriculum and learningComplete Graduation in any streamMaximum age limit 28
