Job Description

Job Responsibility of Front Office Executive Attending calls - Receiving , and responding , as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information , and support to the caller. Multi tasking , needs to juggle between receiving calls , faxes and at the same time attending the client or customer present , physical , in office. Handling back office work , KYC , Modification forms. Maintaining important documents , records , and files in a proper and organized manner. Screening all the telephone calls and perceiving the right intention of a visit. To answer the general queries of the visitors at reception about the services or business of the company. Receive the important messages and pass them to the required authorities. Mail client s ledger , P &L and summary statement to the clients mail id. Telecalling - to inactive and prospective clients for business development.Qualification M.B.A. / Graduate minimum 2 yrs experience in same trade.,
