Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities:-
  1. To present our ERP solution in institutes & companies.
  2. To provide service on the field & on phone on a daily basis.
  3. To provide the service on a basis daily minimum of 3 schools via on field.
  4. To present our product in front of teachers & parents in PTM
  5. To collect the data of teachers & students and update on our web portal.
  6. Extra care of downloads and maintain at least 70% downloads from each school.
  7. Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  8. Help to promote and maintain a positive company image in the field.
  9. To collect the annual maintenance charge (AMC) from our existing clients.
  10. To build references from existing clients & share with sales team members.
  11. Able to work with the sales team on a strategy based on proper guidance & support
  12. Also, ready to provide service out of the Indore (able to do traveling in different cities)
  13. To discuss the new upcoming features with our potential clients (including school, colleges & coachings)
  14. To provide the training of products to teachers & parents.
