Job Description

Job Location Indore (Madhya Pradesh)1. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Service2. KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • Attending customer queries over the phone and providing solutions.
  • Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during every transaction.
  • Empathizing with the customer situation.
  • Any inadequately handled call to be escalated to superior.
  • Adhere to the laid down code of conduct
  • Managing service delivery to customers to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by providing outstanding levels of quality service in line with service standards and customer expectation.
3. CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Fresher/Experienced can apply
  • Minimum HSC or degree equivalent to HSC
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Previous Customer Service of minimum 6 months preferred.
4. CRITICAL SKILLS AND JOB COMPLEXITY:
  • Customers delight, above and beyond the call of duty.
  • Good command over spoken English with respect to neutralized accent, grammar, sentence construction.
  • Candidate should be self-motivated and team player.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts/ 6Days.
  • Willing to build a long-term relationship with the company (not a job-hopper Proven ability to communicate through oral & written forms
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to develop customer loyalty
  • Comprehension skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multi task
  • Ability to work well with others at varying organizational levels
  • Computer literacy, Windows Operating Systems and internet applications
  • Rotational Shifts between 8:00 AM- 12:AM, including weekend & holiday work schedules.
