Job Description

Post: Training Manager/TrainerShift: Night Shift

  • Manage training programs including planning, budgeting and course delivery
  • Designing Yearly training Calendar for employees
  • Identification of training requirement for different level of employees
  • Conduct Soft Skill Training sessions
  • Development of Content
  • Ensure participation and participants requirements are being met from the training programs
  • Performance Management System
  • Drive and manage the development and implementation of companywide performance management systems
  • Establish key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role / department within the organization along with individual performance mapping to set-up the KPI framework
  • Developing and conducting trainings and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 4+ years of Training experience
  • Previous experience of working on the Night Shift is a must
  • Experience in Communication Training is required
  • Building of training roadmaps and plans
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
