Job Description

  1. Identify improvement projects to make the product robust and improve Quality of product using Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC/ DMADV) across all the FML sites.
  2. Improve OEE across site and Support TPM initiatives with day-to-day tracking of pillar progress.
  3. Support sustenance of MOST work standards at the site.
  4. Identification of waste & workout action plan to eliminate waste and Create database culture for better decision using various statistical tools.
  5. Delivering & coordinating training locally and drive 5S culture across Site.
