Job Description

    Expert Level S/4HANA SD ConsultantSignificant: S/4HANA SD application experience including configuration, design, testing, compliance & implementation (at least 3 full project lifecycle and 3 support project experience)Significant: Experience in basic functions, sales order processing, order fulfilment, consignment process and returns processSignificant: Experience in credit management, pricing, taxation, billing and outputsSignificant: Experience in CVI, aATP, Advanced Return Management, BRF+, Settlement Management, International Trade etc.Significant: Extensive Experience in major enhancements (RICEFW) using APIs / userexits / BAPIs / BADIsSignificant: Experience in interfaces with legacy systems and IDOCsSignificant: Experience in SD LO (Shipping)Significant: Experience in FIORI, Cloud Platform etc.Significant: Strong Integration knowledge with MM, APO, WM and FI and should have worked on complex business implementationsSignificant: Strong ABAP debugging skills with proven usage in production support environmentKey Responsibilities / Role DescriptionActively engage with the client team by participating in the business process discussions, understand the current processes, pain points and new requirements to design an effective solution in S/4HANA.Lead the functional / technical consultants in ensuring successful delivery of the SAP Solution and ensure deliverables for Sales and Distribution are successfully handed over for the closure of the project.Identify and escalate issues and risks within project structure as soon as discovered and not just when the delivery is duePrepare Key user & End user training and workshop materials and conduct the meetingsEnsure documentation of all key project deliverables and execute smooth transition plan to the Application maintenance teamSupport Effort Estimation, Solution Standardizing, conduct Training, Mentoring and Coaching junior team membersStrong client facing experience, Analytical mind-set with a strong eagerness to learn and able to translate requirements into designs and code / configurationDemonstrates excellent communication skills, both oral and writtenOpen to work in shifts and flexible to support during weekends / holidays in case of urgencyAdvantagesCertification in S/4HANA SD preferably 2020 and aboveExposure to DevOps / Agile ways of workingEducation/ExperienceWork timings: Must be willing to work in any shift: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM shift or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift (all hours in IST)Working Days: Monday to Friday(5 working days)The notice period should not be more than 2 weeks.Educational QualificationsBE / MBA / MCA from a recognized institutionExperience6 to 8 years or 8+ years of full-time hands-on consulting experience in SAP SDMinimum domain (functional) experience of 5 to 6 years (mandatory) in Sales & Marketing
