OverviewThe candidate will work with customers/ patients to create or assist in the creation of diets suitable for Diabetes Type II, Pre -Diabetes and Obesity, Thyroid disorders and PCOS. The candidate will also work as a HL360Friend, a point of contact for the Customer/ Patient. Candidate will work from the HL360 Office at and may be required to visit Customers/ Hospitals and/ or Doctors occasionally.Responsibilities and Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Individual based dietary workAssess patients and clients health needs and diet.Counsel patients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits.Develop meal plans, taking both cost and clients preferences into account.Evaluate the effects of meal plans and change the plans as needed.Promote better nutrition by speaking to groups about diet, nutrition, and the relationship between good eating habits and preventing or managing specific diseases.Write reports to document patient progress.Community based dietary work and researchStudy and understand dietary patterns in all regions of India and the subcontinent.Collect and document nutritional values for food items and ingredients.Verify and validate all nutritional values.Work with other Dietitians to help in coming up creative nutritional schemes and plans.Customer Service based counseling and support workMaintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Communicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Customer Training and Coaching workConduct on -line formal Customer training sessions as part of course.Conduct on -line informal coaching and mentoring sessions as required.Qualifications and SkillsCertification and education in Dietetics and NutritionExperience and/ knowledge with handing Diabetes strongly preferredMust be able provide counselling on the phone and in -personMust be able train and mentor other Diabetes health workers on technical aspects of nutritionMust be able to make presentation to groups or people and to clientsMust be completely comfortable with Ms -Word, Ms -Excel and Ms -PowerPoint, Web researchFlawless communication skills are mandatoryEnglish is mandatory. Hindi and/ or Marathi is preferred.Must own a vehicle and be licensed to use it,
