Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing monthly Payroll on HRM Software with creation of payroll accounts, all employee attendance calculation, incentives, arrears, TDS , creation of office & bank report and sending for disbursement.
Releasing Training letter, Appointment Letter etc.
Maintaining master database and making new employee accounts on HRM software.
Employee Engagement and sending motivational, birthdays, first payment, target achievement, promotions, and sales offer mailers.
Managing performance appraisal system, collecting rating sheets, sending promotion and increment letters to employees.
Preparation of PF and ESIC report and coordinating with consultant for DOL update and KYC approval.
Managing Exit formalities,exit documentation,Full & Final Settlements and resolving queries of ex-employees related to PF withdrawal.
