Job Description

        • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
        • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the companys operations.
        • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
        • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
        • Performing other relevant duties when needed.
        • Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
        • Manage & renew AMCs on time
        • Handle minor financial transactions for the office - Travel reimbursement, Mobile bills, Refreshments, etc

        • Handling & assigning work to housekeeping staff, office boy
        Gender:Female / MaleKey Competencies:
        • Proficient in a Microsoft Office Suite, Google Spreadsheets
        • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

        • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
