Job Description

    1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
      • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with the organizations needs and culture.
      • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
      • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes in collaboration with departmental managers.
      • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
    2. Human Resources Management:
      • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
      • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
      • Manage performance appraisal processes, employee feedback mechanisms, and career development initiatives.
      • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR-related activities.
    3. Employee Engagement and Retention:
      • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
      • Conduct regular employee surveys, analyse feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance the work environment.
      • Organize employee events, recognition programs, and wellness activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
    4. HR Administration and Compliance:
      • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
      • Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and insurance coverage.
      • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
