  • Managing end to end hiring, attrition management and on boarding of candidates based on state projections.
  • Adherence to Hiring guidelines, team handling of HR, HR policies,Payroll management.
  • Responsible for HR Business partner support to employees and execution of HR initiative for area Office-Organization, along with managing employee relation activities.
  • Responsible for administrative and statutory compliance of HR Policies for smooth area operations.
  • Responsible for employee engagement programs Support in implementation and execution of human resources policies and programs for State Organization
  • Implementing companys HR policies
  • Setting objectives and goals for the team and also track progress
  • Monitoring the companys HR systems as well as databases
  • Reviewing and approving/modifying budgets
  • Addressing employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
  • Reporting on costs incurred on HR operations to senior management
  • Guiding staff and management of companys HR policies and regulations
  • Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance and managing MIS
