Job Description

    • Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities
    • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate
    • Ensure all Recruitment process - screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Ensured compliance of all Labour legislations like Provident Fund, ESI, Payment of Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable India laws and payroll tax obligations
    • Adhere to statutory compliance minimum wage requirements
    • Supervise and coach junior payroll team members
    • Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g., salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third-party payments)
    • Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems
    • Oversee processing of payroll changes, benefits additions/deletions (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
    • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and Finance teams
    • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports dashboards, compile post payroll accounting transactions and reporting
    • Research and resolve issues regarding payroll discrepancies and processing
    • Respond to payroll-related employee queries.
