Job Description

    WE HAVE OPENING IN HR Recruiter in indore location .job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities
    • Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
    • Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
    • Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
    • Maintains organization staff by developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, verifying, interviewing and recruiting candidates.
    • Monitoring and disciplining employees, conducting exit interviews, recommending changes.
    • Maintaining employee records, preparing staff handbooks.
    • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
    • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with company requirement
    • Schedule meetings. Coordinate office activities.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Ability to work independently on recruitment cycle.
    • Good interpersonal skills along with good English communication ability.
    • Should possess scientific aptitude to work on multiple requirements - Should have hands on experience on IT/Non IT profiles.
    • Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal and arrange final interviews for senior authorities.
    • Need to have experience in end to end recruitment.
    • Should have Good command in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
