Job Description Acts as SPOC for all HR related matter Collaborates and consults business stakeholders to understand the changing needs of the business and to determine and act upon changing priorities. Owns conceptualization, planning and implementation of innovative employee engagement programs to enhance E- SAT (employee satisfaction) Ensure successful implementation of performance assessment & development framework by ensuring timely goal setting, performance review, and performance development plan to drive high performance across BU. Facilitates interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis through different forums like town hall, team meets etc. Implements various communication forums to bridge the divide between employees and other functions/ stakeholders. Conducts skip levels to continuously gauge employee s morale through a series of formal/ informal discussions & conversations Analyze feedback/ ideas, plan and execute intervention Risk analysis and succession planning The role would own and will be measured based on Employee Engagement, Enrollment, Satisfaction & Retention(attrition) Drives 100 percent compliance on HR initiatives like Leadership development, timely closure of appraisal process, getting development reviews done in time, ensuring connect between employees & managers, org induction etc. Participates and contributes in org level initiatives process, policies related changes, org events , HR programs etcQualifications 8 10 years of experience in HR overall and couple of years in Business Partnering role Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong pedigree with deep conceptual clarity of Human Resource functions Good at handling critical communication. Cool headed, mature and balanced with a pleasant personality Good Business Acumen Strong at planning and project management skills,
