Job Description

Job Description-

  1. Desktop Installation, Troubleshooting and Outlook configuration
  2. Patch updates, drivers installation, configure and enable services like FTP,SAMBA,SMTP,backup services, application services at desk/Low-end servers etc
  3. Networking concept (OSI,TCP/IP,Topology etc)
  4. Anti Virus support at client site
  5. Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections
  6. Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
  7. Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
  8. Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
  9. Should be able to troubleshoot Desktop / Laptop / Network related issues.
  10. IT Inventory Management
