The primary role of this level is to assist the team with accurate and timely entry of the data. The role is responsible for execution of task / s assigned by the Assistant Manager / Manager is accomplished in the agreed time frame. Correct accounting and updating different trackers will be the detailed responsibilities. The Junior associate role is to process the input data on / off the financial system while the role of Associate is responsible for the Reconciliation of the input processed and output data. The incumbent should be at least a B.Com with an experience ranging from 0 - 3 yrs for junior associate level. E OF ROLE - Key Accountabilities Trackers Timely update of records Jr. Associate 95% 1. Maintain Cheque Register and Bank Reconciliation (daily). 2. Maintain payroll Tracker 3. Maintain Invoice & Expense Tracker 4. Maintain Accounts Receivable Tracker 5. Maintain Accounts payable tracker Client (Internal) Service Delivery - Timely delivery Jr. Associate 95% 1. All processing are done on time within agreed SLAs. 2. Every data entered has to be correct and validated before submission. 3. Support Sr. Associate / Assistant Manager with the data and back up information for any queries. 4. Ensure scanning and filings of documents are being performed real time. 5. Prepare Bank Reconciliation and Cheque Register 6. Manage intercompany revenue : generate invoice 7. Prepare all tracker as necessary to support respective teams in which Asst. & ASSOCIATE is working. Refer to various trackers noted in point # 1 of this table. Adherence to Internal processes 1. Timely daily submission of AGRESSO. 2. Compliance to Internal HR and business processes. 3. Data Protection Act and Client confidentiality is adhered and maintained. And all other Radius processes and policies to be adhered to. 4. To obtain and attain training courses as offered by training department of Radius to complete personal development as identified and agreed up on PDR discussion. 4 Individual development Regularity Attendance Level Not less than 95% Average Score Not less than 80% 1. Ensure the personal development plan is followed. 2. Trainings relevant to competence development are attended.
