Position Required: Site O&M EngineerLocation: Madhya PradeshEmployment Type: Full TimeQualification: Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical EngineeringSalary: Based on experience and caliber of the candidateAge Preferred: Above 25 yearsGender: MaleKnowledge & Skill Requirement:1. Complete technical Knowledge of O&M operations2. Operating knowledge of Switch gear panels3. Knowledge of Electrical equipment and maintenance of same.4. Experience and understanding of Distributed Generation Solar projects5. ERC PV Installation professional certification preferred6. Solid understanding of O&M process7. Ability to problem solve O&M issues8. Good record keeping and organizational skills9. Perform regular check- ins with job team at O&M site for day-to-day operations.10. Serve as point- of- contact for customers/ clients during each project.11. Prepare and generate daily/ weekly / monthly maintenance reports of O&M plant.12. Maintaining required records and databases.
