Job Description for Business Development Manager / Engineer Technical Services 1. Qualification: Graduate Electrical & Electronics Engineer. MBA in Marketing / Sales and Post Graduation in Electrical Engineering are preferred but not mandatory. 2. Experience: 5 to 7 years sales experience in the technical & concept selling in the relevant industry. 3. KRAs / Responsibilities: Incumbent shall be responsible for business development and sales of Technical Services Earthing & Lightning Protection Design Services and Health Assessment, Audit & Adequacy Services. Good Technical, Presentation and Communication skills are required. Knowledge of Central & State Government Power Utilities, Private Power Industries, Manufacturing & Engineering Industries, Oil & Gas Sector, Electrical Consultants, Architects, Large EPCs and IT / ITES customers will be an added advantage. 4. Base Location: Indore 5. Territory: Maharashtra 6. Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager 7. Travel outside Base Location: 50% of the time.,
