Date:18 TH Feb 2020Sector / Company:Farm Machinery-CMEJob Title / Description:Manager Infrastructure, Utilities & Plant ServicesVacancy Details: Number of Vacancies:1Grades in which vacancies exist:L5 /L6/L7 MLocation:Mumbai /Pithampur, IndoreJob Profile / Specific desirable experiences/Preferred knowledge areas:

  1. Good knowledge of Utility Equipment selection & Maintenance.
  2. Good knowledge of Overhead cranes, Hoist, Material Handling equipments.
  3. Good knowledge of Utilities & service like Electrical, Service lines like air, water, fuel, Gas, ETP, STP etc.
  4. Basic knowledge of Civil & Bldg. maintenance.
  5. Basic knowledge of Supply module facilities.
  6. Understanding process requirements and translate them suitably into Project concepts and engineering perspectives.
  7. Evaluation of the customer requirements, workout & Prepare Options / layouts /proposals.
  8. Preparing and monitoring project, maintenance preventive & predictive schedules.
  9. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
  10. Prepare / evaluate Tenders, Item Rates, Drawings etc
  11. Execution and site co-ordination for project at various plants / Project sites.
  12. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
  13. As built measurements, drawings, bill certification & documentation
  14. Maintenance of existing facilities
  15. Knowledge of Statutory compliances required for project & Coordination with Govt Authorities.
  16. Introduce new techniques & technologies. Promote innovations.
  17. Represent audits like TPM, MEM, OHSAS and ISO 14001
Person Profile:-
  • Knowledge of Statutory requirements
  • Knowledge of Safety & safe working practices
  • Knowledge of Auto cad
  • Knowledge of OHSAS & ISO 14001
  • Knowledge of Project management,
  • Knowledge of Basic electrical distribution, Machine equipment s & Civil
  • Good Presentation & communication Skills
Educational Qualification:B.E. -Mech or ElecExperience: 7-9 years,
