1. Monitor capacity and demand analysis and development of industrial proposals and execution. 2. Hands on experience in process design and development. 2. Tool Management and procurement for Engine & Transmission Plant. 3. Fixture Management, reverse engineering for Engine & Transmission Plant. 4. Liaison with other related disciplines to develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods. 5. Provide guidance for Manufacturing Engineers, Manufacturing Technicians and Production Team on assigned tasks and projects. 6. To study cycle time, debottlenecking, productivity estimation. 7. Standardize Engineering process & guide team members to improve the process of new product development. 8. Guide the team of Manufacturing Engineering for exceptional performance so that optimal cutting tools and parameters are selected. 9. Involvement in cross functional department like production, SCM and quality in procuring machines and equipments as and when new products are added and in ROI analysis. 10. Man Power planning, utilization and control of staff members. 11. Coordination with SCM for product processing and procurement related activity.,
