Packaging and Filling Machine SupervisorJob Title : Packaging and Filling Machine Supervisor Skills: Adaptability and teamwork skills. Excellent physical stamina. Roles Responsibilities Perform operations pertaining to machineries for filling and packaging items. Adjust machine temperatures and pressure according to item types. Regulate machine flow. Reset machines in the event of errors along with fixing them if a malfunction occurs. Identify and removing damaged packages from the assembly line. Weight and inspecting products to ensure they conform to standards. Monitor production line and fix problems occur due to pile - ups and jams. Attach identification labels in order to make them ready for shipping. Complete packaging orders within the deadlines. Complete daily production reports and submit to Managers. Ensure in compliance with operational policies and safety standards. Assist colleagues in their job duties when needed.
