Position Title: Procurement ExecutiveKey duties and responsibilities:Responsible for coordinating the supply from suppliers enabling the Central Production and Sourcing Hub to deliver on time, on cost , on specs and at required quality level.Responsible for placing orders to the suppliers based on the technical file created by Production Engineer incl. BOQ, specifications and price prepared by the Production Manager and /or Purchaser.Responsible for following up for supply on time and in full and providing inputs to Customer Service.Submit vendor payment request to Purchaser & Finance department and follow up.Work with Production Engineer to anticipate workload, plan production to ultimately meet customer requirements .Work with logistics to coordinate inward logistics and stocktaking.Adhere to company policies and procedures.SAP, vendor payment ,order placing to the suppliersQuality System Duties and Responsibilities:Build quality into all aspects of the work by maintaining compliance to applicable regulatory/quality requirements.Knowledge/Skills/ExperienceThe Procurement Executive shall meet the following minimum requirements:Specialized training in Logistics & OperationsBachelors Degree discipline i.e.B.
