Job Description

Hiring for well known FOOD Industry Indore (M.P.)JobProfile -Production and QualitySalary:- 22 K to 40 K (Negotiable for right candidates )Experience:- 2 Years to 15 YearsQualification -GraduateLocation:- Indore.Job Responsibilities:-

  • Provide for the introduction and daily application of the quality policy in the plant to satisfy the rules that apply with respect to HACCP and food safety.
  • Ensuring Raw material, finished goods, Water && Swab Test reports from
  • External Nominates or NABL Approved Laboratory once in 6 or 12months.
  • Conduct audits of production areas to ensure GMP compliance.
  • Maintain Corporate Quality and Food Safety Standards.
  • Enforce and ensure all GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, SSOPs, and SOP guidelines and regulations are followed.
  • Work with Suppliers and Corporate Quality on quality and food safety
  • Conduct Mock-Trace Exercises and other quality/Food Safety related drills.
  • Ensure Corrective Action that is taken for EPM/Sanitation program is effective
  • Manage Pest Control Program.
  • Maintain facility HACCP programs.
  • Train and maintain all training records on critical food safety and quality requirements.
  • Oversee monitoring, verification, and validation activities to ensure that all products leaving the facility meet the facility food safety and quality plans Continuous improvement
  • Ensuring Quality of products from Raw material up to Dispatch and its Laboratory exercise.
  • Monitoring of Process Control && Defective control.
  • Market Complain Analysis and its RCA.
  • Arranging && coordinating MRM and All Supervisor Training every month regarding Food safety && GMP, GHP
  • Arranging Internal Audit/ Verification && Validation Activities.
  • Following HACCP plan. Checking CP and CCP.
  • Maintaining GMP, GHP && given training to our Staff.
  • PRPs, OPRPs && CCPs monitoring.
