Job Description

Dear Candidates, Greetings From THINQ Pharma! We have vacacny for the p roduction Executive (Technology Transfer) for Pithampur location. JD for the Production Officer (Technology Transfer)

  • Scale up activities of new as well as cost improvement product.
  • Study by R&D process through lab demo and study of process for plant feasibility of operation followed by incorporation to make process feasible for plant.
  • To propose condition for what if studies to R&D.
  • Critical parameter study of new product and existing product.
  • Monitoring of operation of new as well as cost improvement product.
  • Trouble shooting in manufacturing process.
  • Coordinating with Production, QA, QC, Engineer, Raw material store, R&D and PD lab.
  • Corrective and preventive action for out of specification batches with respect to handling of operation at plant.
  • Checking of all document related to scale up new process or any mew technology to transfer to production.
  • Prepare batch plan of new product and existing product.
  • Conduct HAZOP & RA with cross functional department.
  • Data collection (for Unit Operation, Process & Time cycle) During Lab /Kilo Lab Batches.
  • To collect lab scale data, what ifs and discussing with scientist.
  • Conducting Negative experiments with respect to reaction, filtration, drying as needed in coordination with lab chemist.
  • Taking trials at kilo lab scale and/or pilot scale for the optimized process.
  • Discussing & suggesting necessary changes for Improvements with seniors.
