Job Description

  • Basic AWS Architecture /Basics services in AWS console
  • Understand EC2 config : instance type , monitoring , snapshots
  • Understand RDS config , Database lifecycle , instance type , monitoring , snapshots
  • Familiar with File Transfer tools : AWS S3 , Pydio , interaction with application GTAIA
  • Familiar with CloudWatch alarm ( metrics , threshold etc)
  • Linux Basics operations ( start/stop services , monitoring disk , cpu , ram , processes etc )
  • Linux Logs analysis ( system , services , Gtaia etc)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of Insurance domain is preferable
  • AWS certification is added advantage
  • Basics of GraphTalk is added advantage
  • Introduction to ITIL v3 / ITIL v4
  • Flexible working hours (for support activities)
  • Strong communication skills [both verbal and written]
  • Good problem solving skills
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred
  • Three or more years of experience with technical product configuration, design, and/or integration
  • Experience working with technical products, vendors, and families of technologies
  • Experience working with product configurations
  • Experience working with relevant software packages or classes of packages, and products within area of technical expertise
Other Qualifications
  • Good technical infrastructure design skills
  • Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and management
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel
