Job Description

Effects Multimedia is the Fastest Growing Companies in Indore. Effects is seeking an experienced, full-time Project Manager. This person will act as liaison between clients, designers, programmers, copywriters, sales staff, office managers and other parties to ensure deliverables are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • Managing up to 20-30 projects and clients simultaneously
  • Developing loyal, productive and positive relationships with clients, vendors and staff
  • Assigning project and team member goals and objectives
  • Developing project approach, timeline and staffing model
  • Assigning and coordinating resources
  • Assisting in budget development and client service recommendations
  • Tracking, monitoring and documenting project progress and work completion
  • Balancing effective use of internal and external resources
  • Reviewing and managing project change orders through formally defined processes
  • Proactively anticipating and identifying potential issues
  • Resolving and documenting issue escalation
  • Scheduling, project kick-off and status meetings
