Duties include:Managing up to 20-30 projects and clients simultaneouslyDeveloping loyal, productive and positive relationships with clients, vendors and staffAssigning project and team member goals and objectivesDeveloping project approach, timeline and staffing modelAssigning and coordinating resourcesAssisting in budget development and client service recommendationsTracking, monitoring and documenting project progress and work completionBalancing effective use of internal and external resourcesReviewing and managing project change orders through formally defined processesProactively anticipating and identifying potential issuesResolving and documenting issue escalationScheduling, project kick-off and status meetingsThe ideal candidate has extensive, successful client relation, retention and project scheduling experience plus strong organizational skills. Experience using web-based Content Management Systems (CMS) and knowledge of website design practice and development technologies is highly recommended. Experience in the development and management of professional websites or other design projects is a plus.,
