Job Description

Managing up to 20-30 projects and clients simultaneously
Developing loyal, productive and positive relationships with clients, vendors and staff
Assigning project and team member goals and objectives
Developing project approach, timeline and staffing model
Assigning and coordinating resources
Assisting in budget development and client service recommendations
Tracking, monitoring and documenting project progress and work completion
Balancing effective use of internal and external resources
Reviewing and managing project change orders through formally defined processes
Proactively anticipating and identifying potential issues
Resolving and documenting issue escalation
Scheduling, project kick-off and status meetings.
