Conducting quality audits and maintaining various quality reports related to Call . Need to do Quality Checks of Call. Feedback delivery for Monitored calls. Conducting Quality Sessions for Training/ OJT Batches. Required to compile audit results of the team in excel. Fortnight calibration with floor supervisors/ managers. Skills Required : - Should be familiar with Audit sheet (Critical & Non Critical Parameters) . Must be able to take initiatives basis the Quality audits and other data points. Strong analytical Skills. Good Communication skills. Ability to lead associates and drive Quality culture on the floor. Someone from Complaint specialist team is preferred. ,
