  • Position: Talent Acquisition/ HR Executive
  • Salary Package: 3,00,000 P.A. + Other benefits
  • Important : Immediate joiner
  • Shifts Time: 9 hours in Day
  • Location: Mohali , Jaipur, Indore
Job Description
  • Looking for some experience into Quality or Compliance.
  • Should have experience in preparing audit plans and executing with the team.
  • Need to provide written and verbal feedback to employees on quality scores with areas of opportunities.
  • Need to take calibration session to improve call quality.
  • Need to give necessary feedback to ensure good quality & compliance
  • Need to send daily reports to account stakeholders.
  • Should be good with MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Would prefer somebody from Human Resource domain.
  • Good oral & written English skills and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Flexible in working hours is a must
  • Should be comfortable working with rotational offs & 6 days working culture.

  • 6 month experience in recruitment Or Fresher with Excellent comm skills will immediately hire
  • Only those candidates would be hired who shall appear stable to the company
  • Must have Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skill
  • Excellent communication skills & Strong Negotiation management skills
  • Understand the vision, mission and goals of the organization
  • Willingness to work odd hours if necessary
  • Good time-management and ability to work to tight deadlines
Hiring Process:
  • There are 2 rounds of interview: HR Round & Manager Round.
  • Both interviews round are carried on F2F If shortlisted then Offer letter is released for the same on very next day.
  • Direct Walk-In Interviews time will be 11AM to 3pm.
