Job Description

Hiring for well known Pharma Industry Pithampur/ IndoreJob Profile-Quality Control For HPLCExperience - Fresher to 8 YearsEducation- Any GraduateSalary - Upto 1.8- 8.50 L/ A (Negotiable for right candidates)Job Responsibility-

  • Daily Planning Chromatography section (Review, QMS, Document Issuance), Data presentation for Formulation and API department.
  • Trouble shooting of HPLC and GC analysis.
  • Monitoring GLP activities in Qualitycontrol Laboratories.
  • Planning of release finished products as per Schedule.
  • Planning of calibration as well as maintenance of HPLC and GC as per schedule.
  • Handling of OOS, OOT, Deviation and Analytical incidents in case of failure.
  • Issuing the Test Date Sheets as per the previous planning to the Analyst.
  • Giving induction training for the trainees regarding the QCPs.
  • Validating and verifying analytical test methods.
  • Investigation of Lab incident, OOS & OOT in QC Lab.
  • Having a good experience of Track wise, QCMS, LIMS and SAP system.
  • Conducting Induction Programs for new analyst and guide them for analyst validation/Qualification.
  • Validating & auditing entire data generated by laboratory and ensuring that all necessary testing is carried out administering compliance with the requirements of GMP & cGMP.
  • Coordinating with QC Personnel at various sites for implementation of the current / revised standard testing procedures & specifications for new products.
  • Ensuring timely release of Finished Products to dispatch/release as per production schedule and planning.
