Regional Collection Manager Position title : Regional Collection Manager Function : Risk Management Grade : M II / SM I Location : Ahemdabad, Pune, Indore Reporting to (Position) : Zonal Collection Manager Responsibility: 1. Set recovery targets in the hub region and formulate strategies to achieve the same. 2. Co- ordinate with the underwriting team and offer insights for fraud mitigation and underwriting policies. 3. Take daily updates from the collection personnel in all the offices in his control. 4. Formulate collection strategies for each Branch and drive their implementation 5. Manage the re- possession and sale of assets from defaulters. 6. Develop collection agency infrastructure all across the Region. 7. Oversight of the outsourced recovery functions: Tele- calling agency for soft buckets and field collections agency for the branches 8. Liaison with the legal personnel for recovery related issues. 9. Oversee and manage the functioning of the recovery executives in the Branches. 10. Assist Zonal Recovery Head in developing strategies to limit foreclosures, repossessions, etc. 11. Engage in development, implementation, review and monitoring of various collection programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members across levels.
