Job Description

    (1) Resident Construction Manager handling all the PM aspects of Civil works for EPC projects right from mobilisation to finishfor civil construction works.(2) Work as Clients Representative to handle && monitor Construction activities with respect to total projectmanagement.(3) Review of Civil Structural / Architectural Drawings, Review of Construction materials, Review of MethodStatements, Checking && giving comments for approval , Carrying out all Site Inspections && Testing for allworks / materials as per ITP && QA.QC Procedures , Maintaining official correspondence with Client,Contractor, Subcontractor, Design teams,(4) Follow up closely on project parameters ensuring timely completion of project in terms of scope, time, budget&& quality, strict compliance to client specifications/standards.(5) Advising contractor for mitigation of delayed activities and recovery schedules to bring project back on track.(6) Strict adherence to IMS procedures comprising of ISO 9001:2008 QMS procedures, OHSAS 18001 Safety &&EHS procedures, EMS 14001 Environment procedures.
