We are looking for a person who can shape our sales organization and scale revenue to thenext level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy. Theperson should be excited for selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiatingcomplex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.Skills & Qualification:1. Relevant experience in sales and marketing of agriculture/farming equipment & Pipes/Films.2. Skills of rural marketing / Knowledge of Farming Practices3. BSC/MSC Agriculture /Horticulture will be preferred4. Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability tocoach others on them.5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to backup assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.6. Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven workenvironment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.7. Strong leadership and team building skills8. Computer knowledge Excel /MS office /Power pointResponsibilities:1. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companyssales goals.2. Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reportingfor the sales leaders, and upper management for use in organizational planning,financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.3. Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.4. Work collaboratively across teams5. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.6. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers bothexternally and internally7. Developing strategy for business to make division as profit centre.8. Products to handle- Poly/Greenhouse film/Pond liner/mulch film. Drip pipe, Pressurepipe && sprinklers pipe ,9. Develop Distributors /Dealers network in various towns.10. Survey different market areas for demand /forecast for various product range.11. Promote company products through Panchayats /village melas etc.12. Handling government tendersPersonal attributes:1.
