Job Description

Year of Experience: 2+ years

Job Summary:

  • Implementation : Surtel Technologies, Indore is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
  • The qualified applicant will become part of the Global SAP implementation project with HANA as backend system.
  • The SAP ABAP Programmer will apply advanced technical knowledge in the programming, testing, and debugging of SAP modules.
  • Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming is a critical component of the position.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in ABAP development in at least SAP Netweaver 7.0 and above in most of the areas mentioned below: Reports, ALV, SMARTFORMS, Interfaces (Especially with PI/ Data Services), Module Pool, Web Services, RFC, BAPI, Enhancement Framework, LSMW, BDC, OOABAP.
  • Good knowledge of Native SQL and SQL procedures.
  • Good knowledge in SAP performance tuning techniques.
  • Prepare/ create comprehensive and thorough technical specifications based on the functional pecifications.
  • Good cross functional knowledge in SAP MM, PP, SD and FI business processes.
  • Strong debugging skills in ABAP and strong trouble-shooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate and ability to learn and work in the new dimension technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge in implementing OSS notes is a plus.
  • Knowledge/ Experience in HANA Modeling/ ABAP on HANA is a plus.
  • Experience in end to end SAP implementation project is a plus.
