Looking for Sr Manager Ops for one of the US based leading KPO at Indore location as per below details: Experience in Data Management, non-voice process BPO or KPOs. Experience in e-commerce content-based processes will be an advantage. Should be comfortable in MS Office (especially Excel) along with a working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop. Should have experience in managing a large team (100 - 150 members). Should have exposure in interacting with clients, especially overseas clients. Should have very high levels of ownership along with the ability to manage and deliver projects independently. Ability to get hands-on, along with a great problem-solving attitude. Role Description: Detailed understanding of each and every part of the process. Lead, motivate and train team members to ensure high efficiency and quality. Execute projects himself/herself while getting the team also to execute. Continuous monitoring of project execution to ensure they are delivered as per planned timelines.
