Job Location Bhopal & Indore Qualification - Graduation in civil engineering Post Qualification Experience 15+ Years Relevant Experience - 4+ years Metro Projects Experience in General Consultancy company as Chief Resident Engineer / Resident Engineer or equivalent position Jobs & Responsibility: Evaluation of project, cost / benefits analysis at project decision points. Finalization of requirements of materials, machinery & manpower in accordance with project contract specification, and scheduling them to suit the project requirements. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the set time and cost and effective resource utilization to maximize the outputs. Participating in project reviews meetings for tracking project progress and budget. Co-ordination among consultants, contractors and clients. Appointing sub-vendors and sub-constructors for various activities and evaluating their performances, evaluating and execution of (Sub) Contracting Works as well as negotiating, award and review of (Sub) Contracts as per contract regimes. Interpretation of contractual obligations and rights and evaluation of technical / Financial aspects & reporting to Top management at corporate level. Overseeing the supervision of all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with site management. Supervision of a team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Preparation and review of Method Statements, Works Specific Quality Control Plans, as per specifications of contract document. Monitoring of the progress & requirements of the project site. Compliances of all International Standard of management procedure, ISO 9000, ISO 14000 & OSHAS 18000 at project site. Quality assurance of all site activities.,
