Job Description

  • Work with Peer teams within FIS Infrastructure & Acquiring Support
  • Receive general supervision and is competent in most phases of programming to work on own

Skills3+ years experience in Administration, Support and Maintenance of the following, in a High Availability Production environment.Working knowledge of Siebel software implementation and maintenanceImplementation of at least 2 Siebel upgrades on a Linux environmentLinux and shell scriptingTroubleshooting and resolving Siebel server issuesTuning Siebel object managers and serversAdministering Siebel security and user accessAbility to communicate clearly and concisely with key stakeholders.Knowledge of Siebel 8 and aboveWorking knowledge of Oracle databases e.g. using data pump for environment refreshes, database privileges and roles standardsGood knowledge of Siebel components and their dependencies with each otherKnowledge of creating Siebel application object packages using Application Deployment ManageCompetencies
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communicator ability to discuss technical and solutions to customers and other stakeholders and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
  • Attention to detail track record of authoring high quality documentation
  • Organized approach manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
  • Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills and establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to deliver quality product
