  • Knowledge of PMS (JD, KRA, KPI)
  • Handle 1000+ employee, develop HR Policies & implementing same.
  • Employee Engagement & Employee Welfare
  • Grievance Handling
  • Must have knowledge of bio-metric attendance system, Time office, Attendance management (up to 1000+ employee)
  • Handling Admin related work
  • Handling Training & Development program
  • Can handle all the HR Activity, Payroll, Recruitment, PF & Compliance, HR policy.
  • Security Handling & Transport Management
