Job Description

    Position:Manager/SeniorManagerDepartment: Sales && Marketing - DomesticQualification: BE preferably Textile or MechanicalExperience: 5-7 years for Manager and 2-3 years for Senior Manager in similar industry (BagFiltration) or any other related productReporting: - CEORoles && Responsibility1. PRE ORDER FUNCTION:-Customer and Sales Team coordinationEnquiry, Costing, Offer, Target Pricing through CFT, Reverse AuctionPrice negotiation support to the Sales teamHandle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelinessGenerate enquiries from unrepresented areasAdd && generate new leads for business, Retain Customer2. POST ORDER FUNCTIONMaking of Contract sheet in system and getting approvalCoordination for Order Execution and Order executionSample Approval from Customer, First Piece approval from customer3. AFTER SALES COORDINATION:Coordination With Sales Team and customer for After Sales Service and Technical supportPayment Collection follow ups with customer4. Team Management: - Train new && existing team member for accuracy, detailing and meetorganization guidelines and customer timelines5. To attend all queries/inquiries of customer, prepare Presentation for Customers6. To make MIS7. Track Order Booking, Sales and analyze8. Prepare MIS reports && share details for daily activities to Management9. Proper Exaction of all order, Make sure about customer Satisfaction.Budget: - 6 LPA
