Job Description

The position would be responsible for,

  1. Leading Store With the team of sales executive & rendering guidance for increasing sales.
  2. Executing the inspection of product & study of quality problem.
  3. Check the Attendance of Employee.
  4. Handling customer complaints/issue effectively.
  5. Dexterously monitoring the display of merchandise to highlight the non moving item.
  6. Ensuring proper product display and positioning.
  7. Maximize Revenue through Target Achievement against Annual Business Plan.
  8. Achieve Optimum Store Operating Cost as per approved Budget.
  9. Oversee proper maintenance and Updation of all registers.
  10. Employee Engagement and Motivation.
  11. Provides daily reports on inventory, sales and Projections.
Required Candidate profileA candidate who is in Apparel store handling with 5+ years of experience.,
